Trendex is a software frontend that allows users to interact with the Solana blockchain. All tokens accessible through Trendex are subject to the transfer and exchange rules set by the protocols of the underlying blockchains. We do not control or guarantee the price stability of the tokens, which can be extremely volatile. You fully accept the risks associated with buying and selling tokens through the platform. If Trendex detects or suspects that you are using the software frontend fraudulently or in violation of the law, we reserve the right to modify the information related to a token or to remove public access to the token at our sole discretion.

Trendex is a software interface that allows users to access functionnalities for interacting with the Solana blockchain.

  1. Binding Agreement

By accessing the software frontend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Trendex. You may not use the site if you :

(A) are not of legal age to contact; or

(B) are a resident of a country where the use of the site is illegal; or

To use Trendex, you can connect your wallet or use a wallet generated on our platform. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and must protect if from unauthorized disclosure. By using the software frontend, you agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, not to use Trendex illegally, and not to harm its reputation.

We do our best to ensure the continious availability of the software frontend. However, access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software frontend, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
